Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure best service support for CRM vendors, ensuring zero hindrance in services provided by Intertek.
∎ Build strong rapport with vendors to gain 100% trust on Intertek, facilitating continuous improvement in customer satisfaction and market share.
∎ Conduct daily analysis and reporting, including monitoring report due lists, delivery status, hold progress updates, and payment collection updates.
∎ Conduct regular market visits to maintain close relationships with customers and organize customer engagement programs.
∎ Assist in increasing market share and report value increase, ensuring report delivery turnaround time (TAT) up to 80% by office time.
∎ Ensure samples are closely monitored in accordance with Turnaround Time policies.
∎ Work collaboratively with the credit team to support credit collection and ensure CRM customers receive reports on time.
