∎ Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
∎ To develop an effective business strategy for organizational sales and to help boost performance.
∎ To design and implement a strategic sales plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence.
∎ Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
∎ Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
∎ Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
∎ A world-renowned Logistics shipping company’s local agent is looking for qualified personnel for the post of Manager / Senior Manager - Sales & Marketing.
