Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Set strategic plan and implement tactical action to achieve organization objective.
∎ • Leading overall marketing and communication function.
∎ • Forecast market needs, assist in planning & ensure monthly sales target achievement.
∎ • Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key demographics.
∎ • Supervise sales team and fix target and follow-up the activities of the team members to increase sales.
∎ • Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and manage the sales program accordingly.
∎ • Responsible for poultry, cattle, fish feed and day old chicks sales and marketing through potential dealers should be smart and target oriented.
∎ • Conduct frequent meeting with farmers and dealers.
∎ • Communication with the customers for sales order, payment and promotional activities.
∎ • Formulate strategies and promotional campaign to achieve sales the target.
∎ • Review the development status of new products and provide required inputs.
∎ • Presentation preparing about sales and monitoring report.
∎ • Prepare sales action plans, strategies & schedule sales activity.
∎ • Plan and execute effective marketing activities to accelerate sales.
∎ • Any other job assigned by the management.
