Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ * Products: Salt/ Commodity items.
∎ * Preference will be given to those who have experience in salt sales.
∎ Mymensingh, Sylhet, Khulna, Barishal, Faridpur, Cumilla, Dhaka North, Dhaka South.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Depot & Dealer Creator.
∎ Develop sales strategy to achieve area's sales goals and revenues.
∎ Set individual sales targets with sales team & co-ordinate sales action plans for individual salespeople.
∎ Open new territory according to business opportunities and help to sales people to open new customer account.
∎ Oversee the activities & performance of the sales & marketing team.
∎ Monitor the achievement of sales objectives.
∎ Provide feedback, support and coaching to the sales team.
∎ Recruit & Develop direct Sales / Senior Sales Executive training and result oriented activities.
∎ Update market information to marketing manager to develop new product idea and maximize the market share of new and existing products.
∎ Forecast annual, quarterly, monthly and weekly sales revenue.
∎ Execute sales policies and procedures.
∎ Help to prepare budgets of sales and marketing.
∎ Control expense and monitor budgets.
∎ Develop promotional ideas and share with marketing team to execute.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 38 years
