Through this company, customers will find a variety of fast food and Asian food. And to convey that to everyone, we are seeking applications for the "Regional Sales Manager (Food Delivery)" post.
∎ Job Location: Shyamoli, Mohammodpur, Kallayanpur (Dhaka)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Act as the depot in-charge and be responsible for sales operation and credit
∎ management
∎ Supervise/ Manage all depot operations to ensure depot activities are synchronized
∎ with sales demand
∎ Achieve monthly, weekly and daily sales target (measured in value and volume) in
∎ the assigned region
∎ Regular visit to all distributor premises and markets, including all high volume
∎ outlets
∎ Identify and explore new business opportunities in restaurants, cafe, hotels,
∎ education institutes, parks, canteens, clubs, community centers and other potential
∎ sales generating premises
∎ Maintaining good relationship with distributors, field forces and key outlets
∎ Enforce strict adherence to product cold chain regulations to maintain product
∎ quality (fridge conditions, correct temperatures during storage and delivery)
∎ Submitting updated report (daily/ weekly/ monthly) to sales administration and ERP.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 2 - 3 years experience; preferably in FMCG industry
∎ Have excellent communication skills
∎ Possess good selling, negotiation and persuasion skills
∎ Have adequate knowledge on geographical areas in Bangladesh
∎ Ability to work under pressure
Salary:
∎ Remuneration will be offered depending upon the profile of the candidate.
