Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead & monitor the regional sales team of the Cosmetics & Skin Care division.
∎ Oversee daily activities of the regional sales team for efficient operations.
∎ Assist in setting the regional sales target.
∎ Follow and act as per business plans to achieve the Monthly/Quarterly/Annual sales target.
∎ Maintain effective relationships with key external stakeholders (Distributor/Dealer/Retailer).
∎ Analyze the market trend & competitor activities and take necessary initiatives.
∎ Oversee daily activities of the sales team for efficient operations.
∎ Achievement of regional KPI Targets on a Daily/Weekly/Monthly basis.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years

∎ Strong interpersonal leadership and negotiation skills.
∎ Having sound analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
∎ Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams.
∎ Ability to travel extensively.
