Educational Requirements:
∎ The candidate must have Graduate in with minimum CGPA 2.50 or 2nd class/ division or equivalent result in all academic examinations (Zoology/Biological science/Agriculture/DVM/Animal Husbandry/ Veterinary Science background candidates will be given preference)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop sales plan for enhancing market share and achieve sales target as per yearly budget as well as determine sales revenue in regional level
∎ Arrange mobile veterinary clinic, health camp progeny show and explore health & AI service
∎ Manage inventory in regional level and prepare plan to distribute AI materials and liquid nitrogen to the team
∎ Establish Business relations among stakeholders, related organizations like Government and Non-Government organizations.
∎ Ensure internal compliance with specification and follow the Government policies
∎ Accumulate competitor’s business information and analysis the strength and weak point and assist to prepare business plan and strategy to increase market share
∎ Identify the market gaps and take action for improvement immediately
∎ Maintain proper documentation and ensure all types of report as required by management
∎ To be responsible for developing the team and AI Service provider through motivation, counseling, skills development and product knowledge development
∎ Plan and execute training among the team members and AI Service Provider; provide leadership on hiring and employee retention
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so
∎ Perform any other jobs as assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 37 years
∎ Age, Education and Experience will be relaxed for the potential Candidates
∎ Experienced in sales experience will be given preference
∎ Knowledge on Sales promotion, Customer approach, market dynamics, market behavior, strategic & promotional plan
∎ Ability to manage sales and distribution networks
∎ Excellent in people management, work prioritization, time management as well as the ability to adapt to work under pressure and challenging environment
∎ Must have Communication, analytical ability, problem solving and report writing skill
∎ Must have leadership skill, management skill of production operation
∎ Must have using capabilities of MS Office
∎ Able to work under stress situation
