Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise and monitor total sales team consisting of SRs/SSs and TSMs / ASMs
∎ Performance evaluation of field force
∎ Solving all Sales related problem regionally
∎ Motivate & guide the field force
∎ Increasing Productivity, LPC, Coverage
∎ Working to reduce damage
∎ Allocate target to TSMs / ASMs and SRs/SSs
∎ Analysis of competitor sales and trade offer

Additional Requirements:
∎ 6 – 8 years practical experience in bakery related sales (short shelf life – bread, bun, cake, etc.)

Salary: Negotiable
