Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly sales target
∎ • Arranging regular sales meeting and training
∎ • Selecting sales staff and hiring the right one for right place
∎ • Assigning, coaching, and motivating sales staffs
∎ • Movement scheduling of sales staffs and monitoring their movement
∎ • Monitoring sales staffs and keeping them on process track
∎ • Counseling and disciplining sales staffs in assigned region
∎ • Communicating with sales staffs regarding job expectations and performance
∎ • Sales planning for long term and short term sales goal achieving
∎ • Planning and reviewing competitor’s actions; enforcing policies and procedures
∎ • Maintaining productivity, quality and customer-service as the AG standards
∎ • Resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; sales system improvements; implementing change
∎ • Building and maintaining relation with customer; identifying new customer opportunities
∎ • Recommends new product opportunities, packaging and service changes
∎ • Surveying consumer needs and trends
∎ • Implements trade promotions, tracking, and evaluation
∎ • Negotiation and managing profitability
∎ • Accomplishes organizational mission by completing related results as needed.
