  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to drive a sales team to achieve ambitious targets.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of the regional market and distribution channels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to develop effective sales. strategies.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for creating reports and presentations.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working under pressure.
  • Must be willing to travel extensively within the assigned region.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in Bengali.


Responsibilities & Context:
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve regional sales targets and expand market share for our product portfolio (Wet Tissue, Fider, Nipple,Cotton bud, Zipper poly, Bubble poly, Sponge Scourer pad, SS Sponge Scourer Pad, Attar etc).
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives and dealers/distributors within the assigned region.
  • Identify and onboard new potential dealers, distributors, and key accounts to strengthen the company's distribution network.
  • Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends, providing timely feedback to head office.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key channel partners and clients.
  • Organize and participate in trade promotions, product demonstrations, and dealer meetings to drive brand visibility and sales.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales forecasts, reports, and market feedback to the head office.
