Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise Regional Sales team and achieve the sales target.
∎ Assist to develop regional sales plan and implement the plan accordingly.
∎ Forecast sales to increase regional sales growth.
∎ Build strong relationship with stakeholders.
∎ Monitor activities of the team and take necessary actions to ensure the performance at am optimum level
∎ Implement innovative sales programs to expand the corporate market share and image
∎ Monitoring the competition and analyzing competitors' strategies
∎ Market visit, survey and findings
∎ Make plan for credit control & credit collection
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 48 years
