Job Responsibilities:
∎ Meet Distributors, Dealers and retailers in the localities and pursue them for fulfilling sales target.
∎ Appoint new dealers, distributors if required in order to boost up sales volume.
∎ Ensure presence of company product at every place of the assigned region.
∎ Collect market information, competitors' information etc. and provide feedback to concerned officials.
∎ Hunt commercial and industrial customers in the localities and work desperately for increasing sales adopting every possible means.
∎ Conduct merchandising and execute brand promotional activities in the assigned areas as guided by the authority.
∎ Attend sales meetings and come up with necessary feedback.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Should have at least 2-3 years' experience of handling dealer/distributor based business.
∎ Understand ROI of the distributors and should have adequate IQ to tackle any adverse market situation.
∎ Excellent communication skill, Energetic/strong to travel anywhere and able to handle DSRs, willing to ride bike.
