Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement Regional demand generation/sales strategies aligned with organization’s goals.
∎ Analyze market trends and customer data to identify growth opportunities.
∎ Lead, train, and motivate the regional demand generation team to bring out their full capacity.
∎ Collaborate effectively with the marketing and sales teams to maximize sales per zone.
∎ Plan and execute marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.
∎ Monitor and optimize campaigns for maximum performance gain.
∎ Build and maintain relationships with doctors, hospitals, pharmacies, partners, and key stakeholders.
∎ Track KPIs like leads, conversions, revenue and market growth, and align accordingly with the strategies.
∎ Provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
