Strong knowledge of Boiler Chicken contract farming processes.
Having excellent e-mail, WhatsApp communication skills with MS Office operation.
Must be dynamic, energetic, self-motivated and self-organized with a positive attitude.
Should be very good in reporting on time.

Leadership and Management
Operations and Production
Financial and Business Management
Compliance and Safety
Stakeholder Relations
Crisis & Risk Management
Existing & new Farm visit.
Observe Farm Management & assure good biosecurity to the farm.
Prepare branch visit schedule & reports.
Treatment to the disease affected farms.
Assurance of good quality feed, chicks & medicine deliver to the farms.
Arrange training to staffs & farmers at field level.
Maintain good communication with the branch in-charge & monitoring.
Maintain office decorum and good working environment.
All type of reports prepare and submit in right time to the management.
Technical decision entire working areas
Monitoring DOC Quality & hatchery vaccine reaction
Presentation of field situation & submit to management
Monitor and control any type of activity in the branch Management.
Any other task assigned by the management.
