Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy in line with Akij Ceramics Limited’s overall goals, driving revenue growth and market expansion
∎ Lead, mentor, and guide the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring individual and collective success
∎ Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness
∎ Identify new business opportunities for ACRL-Tiles, explore untapped markets, and develop strategies to increase the company's market share in the ceramics tiles industry.
∎ Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, dealers, and distributors, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams in ACRL-Tiles, including marketing and production, to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to business growth.
∎ Oversee the National Operation’s sales budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize returns and achieve financial objectives.
∎ Develop insights and understand our tiles & Akij & Aura Brand products, including their features, and customization options
∎ Travel extensively to connect with dealers, customers, and generate leads and achieve customer satisfaction
∎ Akij Ceramics Ltd., (ACRL), an SBU of AkijBashir Group, seeks to appoint Area Manager / Regional Manager for its regional sales team who will be responsible for managing and overseeing all sales operations activities of ACRL.
∎ Key Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy in line with Akij Ceramics Limited’s overall goals, driving revenue growth and market expansion
