Sales Forecasts & Sales Planning. (Daily, Monthly & Yearly).
Region wise sales Target Fixation and its achievement.
Formulation of strategies for achievement of Target.
Monitorial of Sales Team.
Monitorial the activists of Distribution.
Monitorial Primary & Secondary Sale.
Regular Market Visit.
Guide & Training of TSM & SO.
Organize, Setup and establish distribution.
Increase market coverage and available of Products.
Proper Orderly & Proper distribution of goods to the market.
Realization of Sales Products.
Market information and Confirm activation.
Monitorial movement of Distribution Van & Vehicles.
