Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 50 years
∎ Minimum 8 (eight) years of experience in reputed banks or large NGOs preferably with minimum 02 years of experience as Regional Manager or Similar Role with excellent performance records
∎ Post-Graduation from any reputed university with no Third Class/Division
∎ Strong knowledge in banking/ financial services, SME and Micro Credit products and compliances
∎ Strong knowledge of Credit policies and procedures
∎ Excellent interpersonal, public relationship, team building and people management skills
∎ Excellent communication & presentation skills
∎ Sufficient knowledge to operate Microsoft Office Applications

∎ Job Context:
∎ Position will be offered to the deserving candidates on the basis of experience and competence.
∎ Developing region based marketing strategies for expanding Micro Credit Business in assigned area.
∎ Key Responsibilities:
∎ Understanding microfinance activities from field level, developing, implementing, monitoring & transforming strategies for assigned portfolios to achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly business targets.
∎ To prepare region-wise weekly, monthly and yearly sales plan to achieve business targets and continuous monitoring for ensuring the achievements.
∎ Continuing physical/field visit to the client to get accurate business data i.e. Stock, Sales, Expenditure, Gross Income, Net Income, Liability with other Banks and MFIs.
∎ Market survey, market analysis to prepare market report and help preparing innovative marketing and sales technique to increase market share, expand market area and reduce conflict in the region.
∎ Ensuring potential customer selection through survey report. And, having good guarantors with financial ability to adjust client’s loan (if required).
∎ Establishment of business relations among stakeholders, various related organizations like Central Bank, Government and Non-Government Organizations (NGOs) and Associations/Foundations.
∎ Ensuring selection of potential business cluster with cluster wise survey to select good customers.
∎ Identifying the gaps in the fields and taking measures to meet up the gaps through providing better customer services or products to the customers.
∎ All types of regional report analysis and preparations and periodical arrangement of meetings with Relationship Officers (ROs).
