Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy for the assigned country/region to achieve the company's international marketing goals and objectives.
∎ Achieve top-line targets from the international market.
∎ Perform market analysis, competitive positioning, and long-term planning to achieve the desired revenue and market share.
∎ Oversee the country’s/regional operations budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance to ensure cost efficiency and profitability by achieving sales targets.
∎ Identify and pursue opportunities for business expansion and growth by developing new customers and increasing the number of exporting products.
∎ Stay current with healthcare regulations and ensure that the company's operations comply with all relevant laws and standards.
∎ Identify and finalize new products for registration based on market potential.
∎ Lead the team to achieve their KPIs and targets by mobilizing available resources.
∎ Prepare and submit reports on financial performance, operational processes, and strategic initiatives.
