Educational Requirements:
∎ [Essential] Bachelor Degree in Any Discipline.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare, implement and maintain the core security requirements as per WV security policy at all office/programme/projects under the regional field office purview.
∎ Prepare and update quarterly (and for context change) the security risk assessments.
∎ Support security manager in preparing the annual context risk rating for the region.
∎ Prepare and review office security assessments and plan for each of the office has including contingency measures.
∎ Ensure every office has an office security plan including emergency plan.
∎ Assess security training and business continuity needs and work with security manager to plan and organize the training accordingly.
∎ Report and manage security incidents.
∎ Monitor the local security situation and report and escalate significant situation/development.
∎ Ensure all security equipments are in working condition at the office premises - office access control, CCTV, firefighting equipment.
∎ Visit all Area Programs/Area Programme Cluster once in every three months to ensure CSR and train/brief all staffs on security matters.
∎ Act as the security focal point for all APs and HEA responses.
∎ Conduct security risk assessment for proposed office programmes/events (training /meetings/conference etc.) at non WV premises and also develop and implement security plans towards safe organizing of the events.
∎ Monitor private security guard deployment and their performance at the facilities through surprise checks and stress tests to ensure professional office protection services.
∎ Ensure security risk assessment are implemented that will include pre-arrival security guide, personal security briefing and visit security plan.

∎ Competent in the use of Microsoft Office computer programs including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
∎ 30 % Work travel is expected.
∎ Able to undertake tasking at short notice with due regard to the security environment.
∎ Able to to work effectively and efficiently.
∎ Must exercise a strong work ethic and take responsibility for his/her own action.
