Job Responsibilities:
∎ This position will be based at the Regional /Area office and will report to the Team Leader, MMS Project, for administrative purposes. To implement the MMS Project activities, the incumbent will work under the guidance of Senior Manager, Field Operation, Deputy Field Program Manager and Deputy Manager, Field Operations (MMS). S/he will also work closely with Sr. /Sales Manager and Head of Region, SMC EL.
∎ The prime responsibility of the incumbent will be to ensure field level implementation, monitoring and reporting of overall project activities under her/his assigned area/s or region/s with technical support from the Service Delivery team and BCC team, located at HO. S/he will oversee the activities of SMC Star Network providers/members along with the training activities of MMS project.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Master Degree in any discipline from a reputed institution
∎ Preferably five (5) years’ experience in a managerial position to lead a team in the field of pharmaceutical product marketing or in implementing nutrition-focused public health project/program.
∎ Good Business sense and strong leadership skills.
∎ Hard working and ability to work under pressure.
∎ Excellent communication skills both in English and Bangla.
∎ Excellent knowledge of operating MS Office application suite.
Salary: Negotiable
