Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
∎ Four Year Graduation or a Post-Graduation preferably in Business Administration or related field from any recognized university
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Credit Collection
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing regional collection strategies.
∎ Coordinate activities of team members to ensure a smooth and efficient overdue collection in the region
∎ Training and guiding collection officers.
∎ Evaluating the team members' performance.
∎ Motivating the team members & steering their performance to meet the company expectations.
∎ Travelling any place to the assigned region as and when required.
∎ Analyzing the collection results and metrics.
∎ Liaising and visiting relevant stakeholders e.g; client, personal guarantor, market committee and local influential personnel to maintain good portfolio health
∎ Keeping Incremental Provision, NPL & PAR ratio at minimum level
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 27 years
∎ At least 3 year(s) experience as a Regional Collection Manager.
∎ Excellent interpersonal & negotiation skill
∎ Should be able to work both independently and as part of a team
∎ Should have the ability to work under pressure
∎ Should have Analytical Ability and Problem Solving Skills
