∎ Bachelors' degree in any discipline. Sales / Marketing major is preferable
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Primary sales: Ensure regional and area wise primary sales and revenue target
∎ Coverage: Understand the lubricant market and expand geographical coverage and acquisition of new distributors
∎ PJP: Manage daily route as per Permanent Journey Plan (PJP)
∎ Sales Representative: Manage own dealers' sales representative successfully
∎ Product Placement: Ensure targeted product lifting and placement through distributors
∎ Sales KPI: Formulate sales KPI and monitor team performance as per the given KPI
∎ BTL planning & execution: Strategy and plan of BTL promotion for the distributors to meet national sales wise KPI
∎ Region/ Area business planning: Formulate regional and area business plan as per business target
∎ Distributors' ROI: Monitor and ensure financials of distributors ROI regularly
∎ Project implementation: Execute new project and develop process guided by top management
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 05 years' of experience in sales and marketing
∎ Experience in the relevant industry (Lubricant, Automobiles etc.) will be an added advantage
∎ Good understanding in sales and marketing of Lubricant Industry
∎ Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills
∎ Ability to motivate and lead a team
∎ Excellent communication and people skills
∎ Good planning and organizational skills
∎ Ability to work calmly under pressure
∎ Good IT, budget and report writing skills
∎ Smart and presentable
