Job Context:
∎ No. of Vacancies: 2 (Khulna-01, Moulvibazar-01)
∎ Project Brief: The Protibesh project is funded by USAID which focuses on three result areas including i) Strengthening environmental governance and management; ii) Mitigating biodiversity threats and iii) Advancement of market-based incentives that promote sustainable natural resources management under the Development Objective "Strengthened Resilience to Natural Hazards." Protibesh aims to improve ecosystem conservation in and around targeted key biodiversity areas of Bangladesh such as northeast haor & forest protected areas and southwest Sundarbans. CNRS has been engaged in implementing project activities at the ground level with the technical support of Chemonics International.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Having the non-discriminatory and gender-sensitive perception
∎ To protect children in connection and uphold safeguarding principles
∎ Good communication, facilitation and motivational skills.
∎ Understanding of local culture and languages is preferable.
∎ Abilities to undertake extensive travel to village/community level.
∎ Having problem solving and prompt decision making capacity.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Willing to drive a motorcycle and have a valid driving license.
∎ Computer literacy.
∎ Report writing.
∎ Fluent English
∎ At least five-year experience in NRM, Co-Management, environmental governance project

Salary:
∎ BDT 102,000/month and other admissible benefits
