Responsibilities & Context:
  • Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and guests with professionalism and courtesy.

  • Answer phone calls, transfer to relevant persons, and take accurate messages.

  • Schedule and manage appointments, maintain meeting calendars, and handle client inquiries.

  • Maintain a neat and organized reception area.

  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence (letters, couriers, emails).

  • Assist with basic administrative tasks including filing, record-keeping, and data entry.

  • Maintaining Accounts.
