Responsibilities & Context:
∎ দায়িত্বসমূহ:আগত ক্লায়েন্ট ও অতিথিদের স্বাগত জানানো এবং সঠিকভাবে গাইড করা।ক্লায়েন্টদের প্রতিষ্ঠানের পণ্য সম্পর্কে তথ্য প্রদান করা ও প্রোডাক্ট দেখানো।ফোন কল রিসিভ করা, ইনকোয়ারি হ্যান্ডেল করা ও সংশ্লিষ্ট বিভাগে ফরোয়ার্ড করা।অফিসের নথিপত্র, মিটিং শিডিউল ও অন্যান্য প্রশাসনিক কাজ পরিচালনা করা।ক্লায়েন্টদের সঙ্গে পেশাদারিত্ব বজায় রেখে সুন্দর সম্পর্ক গড়ে তোলা।
