∎ Keep records of visitors for security and reference.
∎ Manage Calls
∎ Answer and transfer incoming calls professionally.
∎ Take messages and pass them to the appropriate person promptly.
∎ Reception Area Management
∎ Keep the reception area organized.
∎ Support Admin Tasks
∎ Help with admin-related jobs whenever required.
∎ Be Flexible
∎ Take on other responsibilities as assigned by the management team.
∎ Call or message potential and existing clients to introduce products and services.
