Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handle phone calls incoming/outgoing with greetings in a professional way.
∎ Receive letters, messages, and documents and pass them to proper places/persons and keep records.
∎ Provide necessary information to the Client, and take messages.
∎ Internal & External clients handle with good smiley mannerism and well behavior.
∎ Maintains a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures and rules.
∎ Received phone call & transfer it to the concerned person.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 31 years
∎ Good Team Player.
∎ Multi-tasking Abilities.
∎ Problem Solving Skills
∎ Smart and Good Looking.
∎ Good communication skills.
∎ Self- Motivate and Problem Solving Skills.
∎ A Strong Personality Who Can Work Under Pressure.
∎ Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially English and Bangla typing).
∎ Prior Experience in Travel agency management will be highly appreciated.
