Job Context:

We are a Leading sourcing and manufacturing company with operations in Bangladesh. Our Dhaka Head Office serves as the key liaison point for local and international clients. We are looking for a smart, energetic, and professional Female Receptionist/ Front Desk Executive who will be the face of the company at the front desk and ensure a welcoming and organized office environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to grow in a corporate environment and develop administrative and communication skills.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests and clients in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Answer, screen, and transfer incoming phone calls promptly.
  • Maintain the reception area’s cleanliness and professional appearance.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries.
  • Maintain a proper record of visitor logs and ensure security protocols are followed.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and appointments.
  • Support HR and Admin departments in day-to-day operations when required.
  • Handle basic clerical and administrative tasks efficiently.
