∎ Answering phone calls, screening and forwarding them to appropriate departments or personnel.
∎ Managing email correspondence, responding to inquiries, and forwarding messages promptly.
∎ Managing appointments, scheduling meetings, and maintaining calendars for executives or staff.
∎ Handling incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
∎ Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
∎ Operating and maintaining office equipment such as printers, copiers, and fax machines.
∎ Assisting with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
