∎ At least 1 year of experience in a receptionist or similar role, preferably in a call center environment.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
∎ Basic computer skills and familiarity with office equipment (e.g., printers, fax machines).
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
∎ Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
∎ Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
∎ Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
∎ English is basic need but must have fluency in formal Bangla language.
∎ Presentable appearance with a professional demeanor.
∎ Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
∎ Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and needs.
