  • Good command over Bangla and English.

  • Good computer skill: MS-Word, MS-Excel, Internet browsing.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office software & Hospital management software.

  • Experience in large organization is preferred.

  • Ability to work well under pressure, Good social and interpersonal skills.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Welcome all Clients, visitors and guests into the front office in a professional manner and maintain records related to Front Desk Operation.
  • Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages.
  • Good communication skill.
  • Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.
  • Informs visitors by answering or referring inquiries.
  • Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories.
  • Shall respond to all queries promptly.
  • Shall respond to request for information in accordance with polices laid down by the Hospital authority.
  • Maintains security as per procedures, monitoring logbook, and issuing visitor badges.
  • Operates telecommunication system by manufacturer’s instructions for house phone and console operation.
  • Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Supports continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
