Responsibilities & Context:
∎ . Receiving visitors at the phone desk by greeting, welcoming directing &
∎ announcing them appropriately.
∎ . Answering screening & forwarding incoming phone calls.
∎ . Receiving & sorting daily mail.
∎ . Maintain office security by following safety procedures & controlling access
∎ via the reception desk.
∎ . Need to contact and inquire with project customers via phone every day.
∎ . Skills in Microsoft products such as Excel, Word, and Outlook.
∎ . Writing and verbal communication skills are excellent.
∎ . Capable of contributing positively to a team and participating in various tasks
∎ as necessary.
