  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

  • Willing to work evenings and weekends as needed

  • Ability to clearly and effectively communicate with students, parents, and educational institutions.

  • Ability to build relationships with students, parents, educational institutions, and other stakeholders.



Responsibilities & Context:

Receptionist for an Education and Immigration Consultancy Firm provides guidance and support to students seeking to further their education, whether by applying for universities, securing scholarships, or navigating the complexities of student and immigration visas.:

We are looking for a smart, professional, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Receptionist & Customer Service Associate. The selected candidate will be the first point of contact for parents/clients and will ensure smooth front-desk operations, excellent service delivery, and positive customer experience.

  • Greet parents/clients warmly and ensure a welcoming environment.

  • Manage inbound/outbound phone calls, WhatsApp and email communications.

  • Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments.

  • Follow up clients and reminders, Feedback

  • Maintains clients record and ensure accuracy of all date.

  • Keep the reception area neat, professional and presentable all the time.

  • Coordinate with counsellors and admission and documentation team.
