Experience:
We need two (2) female receptionists who will handle the front desk job. The requirements for this position are:
1. Greet and welcome visitors with a professional, warm attitude.
2. The ideal candidate should have a professional appearance, excellent communication skills, and a confident personality.
3. Handle reception area duties, answer inquiries, and provide support for various administrative tasks.
4. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
5. Provide clear, accurate information to visitors in person, by phone, and via email.
6. Maintain visitor logs and ensure the reception area remains tidy and well-presented at all times.
7. Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
8. Assist in scheduling meetings and coordinating appointments.
9. Offer administrative support to different departments as needed.
10. Perform other clerical and administrative duties as assigned.
We also need 15 people in Marketing and Sales (Male only). The requirements for this position are:
1. Educational Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field is often preferred.
- We may accept candidates with a diploma or equivalent professional qualifications if they have strong sales abilities.
2. Experience
- 1-4+ years of experience in real estate sales, marketing, or related industries is preferred
- Experience specifically in real estate (property sales, project marketing, customer negotiation) is highly appreciable.
3. Skill Requirements
- Strong communication skills (especially in Bengali and often in English) to interact with clients and close sales deals.

- Customer relationship management and people skills
- Digital marketing knowledge (social media, online lead generation)
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools, marketing software)
