Experience:
Identify and monitor new tenders from government and private procurement portals relevant to the company’s products and services.
Review and analyze tender documents, including technical specifications, eligibility criteria, BOQ, and commercial terms.
Prepare complete tender submissions (Technical & Financial) ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.
Communicate with clients, authorities, and procurement committees, and participate in pre-bid meetings, site visits, and clarification sessions.
Ensure all tender-related documentation (Certificates, Trade License, VAT/TIN, Bank Documents, Security Instruments) is updated and maintained properly.
Track tender progress from submission to evaluation and follow-up until award of contract and work order confirmation.
Support negotiation activities related to tender terms, pricing, delivery schedules, and contract conditions.
Prepare periodic reports and analysis, including tender status, win/loss ratio, competitor tracking, and market insights for management.
Monitor e-GP portal daily to identify new government tenders relevant to the company’s products or services.
Download, review, and analyze tender documents including Technical Specifications, Eligibility Requirements, Terms & Conditions, and BOQ from the e-GP platform.
Prepare tender submissions on the e-GP system, ensuring all required forms, documents, and compliance certificates are uploaded correctly.
Manage tender securities including Online Payment, Bank Draft, Pay Order, and ensure timely submission within the e-GP deadline.
Prepare competitive price offers in line with market conditions and submit financial proposals through the e-GP portal.
Respond to queries or clarifications posted by Procuring Entities and attend Pre-Bid Meetings when required.
Follow-up on tender opening, evaluation, and awarding through the e-GP system and maintain regular communication with procurement officials.
Maintain records of all e-GP activities, including tender summaries, submission logs, certificates, and contract agreements.
Prepare tender performance reports, win/loss analysis, competitor tracking, and provide updates to senior management.
