Now, we are seeking a dynamic & energetic person to join us as “Senior Officer/Assistant Manager (Flexible Printing)”. The candidate has to perform following responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive flexible printing sales and marketing strategy aligned with the company`s business objectives.
Identify and cultivate new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship-building.
Maintain relationships with existing customers (Corporate & Institutional) ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns
Collaborate with clients to develop customized printing projects, ensuring high-quality results and on-time delivery
Collaborate with other departments such as production, design, and customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by taking order and delivering products that align with their expectations.
