𝐃𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭: Business Development

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

• Regular basis visit the market to get new clients and business opportunities.

• Follow the instruction of the marketing Team Leader and sales plan to implement sales in the market.

• Research, prospect, and establish leads for corporate relationships i.e. managing relationships with existing key customers and Establishing relationships with new customers.

• Sales generating over phone or email.

• Explain the services and their benefits to customers for maximizing the use of the software.

• Analyzing competitors' products to determine product features, benefits, shortfalls, and market needed.

• Answering customers' questions and escalating complex issues to the relevant departments as needed.

• Collaborating with the business development department to ensure that the company is reaching its target audience.
