Responsibilities & Context:
Develop and execute monthly and annual marketing strategies for the Dhaka market
Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads)
Handle lead generation, conversion tracking, and ROI analysis
Coordinate with creative agencies for content, creatives, videos, and promotions
Manage social media calendars, influencer marketing, and local collaborations
Execute offline marketing activities such as events, activations, partnerships, and branding
Work closely with sales/clinic teams to increase walk-ins and revenue
Analyze campaign performance and submit weekly/monthly MIS reports
Monitor competitor activities and market trends in Bangladesh
Manage marketing budgets efficiently
