Responsibilities & Context:
Must be capable to enter passenger’s data on software.
Attend phone calls and redirect them to the appropriate line.
Provide assistance to passengers with proper etiquette.
Greet and welcome all kinds of passengers upon arrival at the office.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned by Management.
