Responsibilities & Context:

Akij Shipping Line Ltd. is hiring a well-groomed and courteous Receptionist to manage front-desk duties, greet visitors, handle calls, and ensure smooth communication. Prior experience and strong interpersonal skills are required.

Responsibilities:

  • Warmly greet and receive all visitors and clients, ensuring a professional and welcoming first impression of the company.
  • Maintain and coordinate the dispatch of letters and documents.
  • Keep the front desk and reception area neat, organized, and presentable at all times.
  • Provide administrative support including scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and performing accurate data entry.
  • Liaise effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and task coordination.
  • Maintain up-to-date visitor logs and enforce front desk security protocols to ensure a safe and professional environment.
