Responsibilities & Context:

As a Real Estate Sales & Marketing Executive for a Land Development Company, you will be responsible for promoting and selling land and development projects, including residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties. You will work closely with the development team to create compelling marketing strategies, generate leads, and drive sales. Your role is key in positioning properties effectively in the market and building strong relationships with potential buyers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Sales: Identify and engage potential buyers (developers, investors, builders), conduct property viewings, negotiate deals, and close sales.

  • Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute marketing campaigns for land listings, leveraging digital advertising, social media, and traditional channels.

  • Market Analysis: Monitor land market trends, competitive offerings, and zoning regulations to keep the company’s properties competitively positioned.

  • Client & Stakeholder Relations: Build relationships with investors, developers, and key industry contacts to generate leads and stay connected to the land development community.

  • Sales Reporting: Track leads, sales progress, and marketing performance to ensure campaigns meet targets and provide regular updates to management.
