Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Sales: Identify and engage potential buyers (developers, investors, builders), conduct property viewings, negotiate deals, and close sales.
Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute marketing campaigns for land listings, leveraging digital advertising, social media, and traditional channels.
Market Analysis: Monitor land market trends, competitive offerings, and zoning regulations to keep the company’s properties competitively positioned.
