• Sound knowledge of GSM technology
• Sound knowledge of GSM Radio design
• Sound knowledge of GSM Optimization
• Sound knowledge of 2.5G design
• Sound knowledge of 2.5G optimization
• Sound knowledge of 4G technology

• Initial planning for new Macro, Micro, Repeater & IBS sites or new coverage solution at responsible zones
• Attend draft visit i.e. joint technical visit to assist & finalize the site location
• Monitor DT Team to drive test for new site integration, site swap, customer complaints and find the root cause of worst cells
• Investigation and resolution of customer complaints for both CS & PS customers
• Plan and follow up on time Drive Test support and solution proposal for HVC, Corporate complaints and finally provide feedback within SLA.
• Analyze and taking improvement actions against worst performing cells on a daily/weekly basis generated for different major KPIs of 2G & 4G network.
• WO issuance for various planning activities like- New sites RFI WO’s, DSS, L2100, CA, Cell Split, TRx Add/Delete etc. Take initiatives to solve various issue raised from available competitive insights like Benchmark drive test data, NPS, Facebook insights, Ookla reports etc on regular basis to ensure improvement in network performance.
