∎ Masters degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
3 to 4 years experience in same position.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Deliver the right product to finishing as per customer and company requirements.
∎ Make sure ok garments receiving from the sewing unit(measurement and visual ).
∎ Need to follow up a product measurement and other quality details from zero shrinkage to shipment.
∎ All measurements need to preserve from size set to bulk.
∎ Wash pp meeting need to conduct before bulk production.
∎ Pp meeting callouts need to distribute among the team including the sewing unit.
∎ 1st bulk review must need to do with sewing technical and quality responsible.
∎ All precaution has to take before going random bulk production.
∎ Sometimes need to take additional approval from buyer with logical explanation.
∎ As a team need to ensure overall rejection does not go more than 0.5%
∎ Need to have a clear idea about pattern corrections.
∎ Need to maintain a smooth relationship with finishing unit as well as buying QA for pain-free shipment.
∎ If any issue arises during production that causing garments rejection then immediately callouts need to go to the production floor, if needed production needs to hold until giving a fruitful solution.
∎ Cut to ship need to maintain at least 97.5%
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the business area(s): Garments (Woven, Bottom-Wash)
∎ Experience in a similar kind of position will be preferred
∎ Having a good communication skills in English both speaking and writing
∎ Committed, independent, multi-tasking & result oriented
∎ Good leadership, technical, human relation & conceptual skills
