Responsibilities & Context:
Responsible to ensure garment workmanship, quality, measurement, materials and correct fitting as tech pack. Responsible to ensure all the buyer comments implemented on current sample.
Responsible to understand technical file and/or buyer comments and explain them to sample maker.
Work closely with buying house QC team for inspection scheduling.
Ensure inspection is complying to Buyer inspection standard.
Should have accuracy of inspection judgment.
Follow up buyer quality requirement in cutting, sewing, and finishing of Sweater garments.
Follow up buyer sample requirement, ensure sample quality Especially check all quality points in sewing and finishing of Sweater garments.
Ensure end product quality before the buyer final quality inspection of Sweater.
Responsible to take immediate corrective actions and solve the problems.
Highlight problems/ faults/ discrepancies in production.
Any other responsibilities assigned by the management.
