Job Context:
∎ Report to: Quality Control Manager
∎ Position Summary:
∎ TMSS Apparels Limited is a leading Ready Made Garments Manufacturing Company that intends to recruit "Quality In-Charge".
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Able to work independently with buyers/ merchandisers to ensure quality assurance activities including IPQC, IQC, FQC and OQC.
∎ Maintain all the details of the orders from preventive stage of raw material, basic lab testing and its required tools / equipment, fabric inspection and foam inspection.
∎ Should have knowledge on polyester fabric; hot melt glue lamination, cutting, molding, and teaming, finishing, packing, pre-final and required final inspection.
∎ Develop the quality controlling procedure, rules and regulations for achieving the quality in the whole factory.
∎ Make sure Inline & End line Quality, Appearance, Measurements & Clerical Works are maintained.
∎ Provide technical assistance to all sections wherever applicable in order to achieve customer's quality standard, i.e. line set up, machinery adoption, production methods, work-aid, and QC/QA system.
∎ Gathering reference approved swatch samples as to color / shade conformity.
∎ Ensure Bulk fabric shade continuity, GSM, shrinkage, color fastness standard testing and other buyer lab testing requirements, etc.
∎ Get reference from buyer's approved mold, shade, size, pattern, materials and include it on the work flow.
∎ Size set submission from factories, pre-production meeting (checking all necessary information details / focus areas) & trial production.
∎ Coordinate with buyer representative in inspection, audit matters & Bulk fabrics inspection reports if within buyer's standard penalty points / square yards.
∎ Coordinate with Production, Planning, Merchandising, Finishing & other related departments.
∎ Reduce defects and make action plan analyzing the problem, and solve the quality issues & innovatively establish Zero defect in the factories.
∎ Ensure all QA staffs are trained on any new procedure / requirement as advised by the customers.
∎ Encourage QA staffs and team leaders to become independent.
∎ Must complete any other assignment given by the top management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Skills Required: Ability to communicate effectively, Ability to lead and manage team, Ability to Work Under Pressure
