Job Context:
∎ We are looking for Dynamic, Energetic and Analytic candidate" Quality Controller " - WOVEN/KNIT For (Top & Bottoms) 100% Export Oriented Knit & Woven Garments products for strong follow-up.
∎ The incumbent must have initiative, experience and the drive to deliver high-quality results.
∎ Evaluate samples received for submission to buyers
∎ properly Check measurements and workmanship of the garments as per customer requirements.
∎ Work with buyer samples and style samples to ensure the best quality before production.
∎ Coordinate with factories in finding the best technical solutions.
∎ Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidate should have strong knowledge about Quality Controller - WOVEN/KNIT item for (Top & Bottoms)
∎ Sampling and analysis of all incoming raw materials and packaging materials
∎ Analysis and documentation of stability products, in-process and finished products
∎ Assist to ensure the quality of respective section inputs (fabrics & accessories or cut panel, embroidery, thread, etc.) in the process.
∎ Daily accuracy checks and calibration update of analytical equipment's
∎ Check factory QC records, conduct daily inline inspection and measurement check and solve production issues
∎ Assist to develop processes and systems to ensure product quality
∎ Confirm the quality of raw materials and accessories before production
∎ Ensure product quality checking by processing quality control.
∎ Identify the alteration and rectify the rejected products, analyze the root cause and take corrective initiatives
∎ Having good knowledge of the different types of fabric and printing would be an advantage.
∎ Have a good knowledge of Men's, Women's Pajamas Set production & product safety requirement.
∎ Have a good knowledge of newborns, kid production & product safety requirement.
∎ Clear knowledge on knitting to Finished fabric process defect & excellent problem-solving ability
∎ Risk analysis during sample making & before starting production
∎ Responsible for Sample development
∎ Buyer Communication and Assist
∎ Setting quality standards of the factory following customer's requirements and guidance for each department and process.
∎ Shipment schedule follow up & maintain, Communicate with responsible person/office.
∎ Factory QC team Follow up and Training.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

∎ Experience in living abroad and ability to work in a multi-cultural environment is desirable
∎ Advanced Microsoft Office skills
∎ Professional attitude and presentation
∎ Ability to work as a team.
∎ Ability to work under pressure;
∎ Must have excellent computer operating skill, particularly in MS Word, Excel and Power Point;
∎ Must be proficient and fluent in English;
