Experience:
Diploma in Food Technology.
Candidates who have experience in edible oils will get preference.
Conduct regular quality inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory guidelines.
Perform laboratory tests on edible oils and related products using standard QC procedures and equipment.
Collaborate with production and procurement teams to address any quality discrepancies or supplier non-conformance.
Inspect and approve packaging materials (PET bottles, pouches, cartons, labels, caps) for compliance with quality standards.
Verify packaging integrity, including seal checks, fill levels, labeling accuracy, and date/batch coding.
Ensure traceability of finished goods through accurate batch documentation.
Monitor packaging lines and enforce Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Hygiene Practices (GHP).
Ensure proper cleaning and sanitation procedures are followed in the production and storage areas.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly QA/QC reports.
