Job Responsibilities:
∎ · Responsible for overall quality assurance/quality control for the Produced Garments.
∎ · Perform quality control and inspection activities for PP Meeting, inline and final production in the factory.
∎ · Assist factories on how to improve quality and production problems in facilitating on-time delivery of goods.
∎ · Carry out inline, Pre-final, and final inspections according to the company's quality standard and prepare inspection reports within the designated timeline.
∎ · Make sure 100% third-party inspection pass rate.
∎ · Improve the existing quality systems to meet the quality standards as well as ensure production outputs are in line according to the company's quality targets.
∎ · Follow up on the total process after the factory receives fabrics, accessories & measurement sheets and check their accuracy.
∎ · Ensure proper planning to check goods at the time of stitching to ensure zero defective production.
∎ · Assure the quality standards on every customer's all orders.
∎ · Maintain All records, Statistics & Analysis, and Reports related to Quality Assurance.
∎ · An ability to identify the cause and problems on paper pattern, workmanship, finishing/treatment, and to offer appropriate solutions.
∎ · Knowledgeable in AQL 1.5 system and working with international companies.
∎ · Have to reserve good knowledge to analysis on garments and fabric potential issues.
∎ · Ensure goods shipped with quality as per customers Quality Standard.
