• Sound knowledge of HACCP, ISO 22000, and hygiene audit procedures.

• Strong observation, analytical, and reporting skills.

• Ability to train and motivate teams in food safety culture.

To uphold our brand’s commitment to healthy living and safe dining, we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Officer who will ensure consistent hygiene, food safety, and regulatory compliance across our café, restaurant, and juice bar units.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor food safety, hygiene, and quality standards across all outlets.

• Conduct regular inspections of kitchen, storage, and serving areas to ensure compliance with safety regulations.

• Oversee food handling, preparation, and storage practices to maintain freshness and prevent contamination.

• Develop and update SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for quality control and hygiene.

• Train and guide outlet staff on food safety practices and quality awareness.

• Maintain documentation and reports related to inspections, audits, and corrective actions.

• Liaise with procurement and operations teams to ensure suppliers meet quality requirements.

• Ensure compliance with local health and food safety laws (BSTI, BFSA, etc.).
