• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Industrial Engineering, Textile Engineering, or a related field).

• 2 to 3 years

• Age 25 to 32 years

• 2–3 years of relevant experience, garment manufacturing and QA processes is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and interdepartmental coordination skills.
• Strong organizational, follow-up, and record-keeping abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and experience with QA platforms like WFX.

• Act as a central coordination point between QA and other key departments.

• Conduct daily follow-up of TIL order recap and maintain updated tracking logs.

• Manage and upload daily inspection reports through WFX and other QA systems.

• Track and recap Health Check Reports, Needle Reports, and Lab Test summaries.

• Monitor and document Monthly FTY (First Time Yield) Quality Performance metrics.

• Update and track the Monthly QA Workload, ensuring visibility and workload balance.

• Fill out Test Request Forms (TRF) and ensure samples are submitted on time.

• Record and circulate weekly Quality Meeting Minutes and maintain related action plans.

• Manage Gold Seal sample workbooks and prepare shipment samples for recordkeeping.

• Collect daily defect data from factory QC teams and consolidate reporting.

• Coordinate Hue Test, Color Blind Test, and Shade Evaluation Test for QA and production teams.

• Maintain a robust and organized documentation system for all QA records, ensuring files are always current, accessible, and audit ready.
